Terms and Conditions

First and foremost, do know that I may refuse your commission if it does not interest me and I will not draw things that I am not comfortable with.

Points To Take Note Of

(X) I do not draw:

Anthros | Realism | Imitations of other art styles | Mecha | etc.

(O) I do draw:

(1) If you feel I have forgotten your commission, do remind me because I can be a forgetful person at times. Ask as much as needed but do not make it a daily thing.

(2) If a commission is given a due date, that commission will take priority over those that don't have one. If you prefer to have it by a certain date, you must let me know before we start the commission.

(3) It is not first come first serve. I will do those that are the easiest to complete so I will not hold other customers back because of a complicated commission.

(4) Please be patient with me. I also have a life.

(5) I do full payments, I won't start on it until it is paid.

(6) Please have the payment ready when you commission me. I give a week for you to pay or the commission will be canceled.

(7) Please have clear references of what you want me to draw. Do not send blurry pictures.

(8) I may take longer on commissions when I am busy, but I usually finish it in one day or the next two days or so if I have free time. The speed will also depend on its complexity.

Refunds

Commissioners May...

Use the artwork in any non-commercial and non-profitable ways with credit. (Ex: profile picture, youtube profile picture/cover picture, webpage, page banner, etc) -- [If you are not sure whether you are able to use it for something specific, please ask me.]
Use the art as a reference to other artists
Still have their rights to their character
Cancel a commission if no sketch has not been given. (Please request so within 14 days of notice.)
Cancel a commission even though a sketch was given but only within a week. Any longer, a request for a refund is not possible.

Commissioners Will Not...

Trace/copy/sell/claim or anything profitable of the sort of my art without given permission.
Erase my signature from the artwork, modify or change the picture.
Print and sell without given permission from me.

Cancel commission if things don't work out. I will refund your money
Keep the rights to the artwork since it is the artist's work.
Use the picture for promoting artwork such as tutorials, speed paints/time-lapses, youtube, etc.
Use for low profitable and non-commercial situations. Proper credit and notice will be given to the owners of the characters.

Artist |Me| Will Not...

-Sell it as posters, keychains, etc.
Claim the characters as their own
-Post the artwork if requested not to (which the commissioner at the receiving end may not also share publicly)
